You’re Caring for Someone. Who’s Caring for You?

Online therapy for caregivers across Colorado.

You may be coordinating appointments, managing changes at home, or worrying about what comes next. Even when you’re not actively helping, it can be hard to switch off.

You love this person. You can also feel exhausted, frustrated, lonely, or overwhelmed. Those feelings can exist together.

You Deserve Support, Too

You don’t have to wait until you’re at your breaking point to ask for help. Therapy offers a space to talk honestly about the parts of caregiving that are difficult to say out loud.

Together, we can explore:

  • Guilt about resting or making time for yourself.

  • Changing roles with a parent, partner, or family member.

  • The strain caregiving places on your relationships.

  • Grief and uncertainty as someone’s health changes.

  • Boundaries and asking others for help.

  • Staying connected to your own needs and identity.

I Want to Hear Your Story

During nearly five years as a hospital leader, some of my most meaningful conversations were with family caregivers. Behind each medical situation was a relationship, a shared history, and someone trying to figure out what to do next.

I wanted to know who they were beyond the responsibilities they carried. Most of all, I listened.

Today, I bring that experience, my background as a licensed clinical social worker, and my knowledge of Colorado’s medical community to my work with caregivers. When helpful, we can also explore community resources that may meet your needs.

A Space Where Your Needs Matter

As a licensed clinical social worker, I offer individual online therapy for adults 18 and older throughout Colorado, including people caring for a loved one with chronic or changing medical needs.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
