Individual Therapy for Adults in Colorado

You may know exactly what’s bringing you to therapy—or you may just know that something needs to change. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns you don’t fully understand.

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. We can start where you are.

What We Can Work Through Together

I offer individual therapy for adults 18 and older navigating:

  • Anxiety: worry, overthinking, and feeling constantly on edge.

  • Depression: sadness, low motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others.

  • ADHD: challenges with focus, organization, overwhelm, and the way you relate to yourself.

  • Relationship concerns: communication, boundaries, dating, and recurring patterns.

  • Breakups and divorce recovery: processing loss, rebuilding confidence, and finding your footing.

  • Caregiver stress: balancing someone else’s needs with your own.

  • Life transitions: changes in your relationships, responsibilities, or sense of identity.

You don’t have to fit neatly into one category. There is room for the whole story.

What to Expect in Our Sessions

You don’t need to prepare a speech or know where to start. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life and what you’d like help with. I’ll listen, ask questions, and offer perspective as we work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Some sessions may focus on talking things through; others may include practical skills you can use between appointments. We’ll make room for what matters to you.

Let’s Start with a Conversation

Finding a therapist is personal. Reach out to ask about availability, insurance, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Connecting with your authentic self is a life long journey.
